Q. How best can I help settle my child in?
A. This is a great question, and one we get asked a lot. At North Haven what we find that children settle in best after a few visits with whanau. This is a great opportunity for you and your child to get to know us, and for the teachers to get to know how you like your child to be cared for. A minimum of three, one hour visits before you leave your child with us works well, and we are always open to helping you plan a transition that works for your whanau. |
